This document will be updated as new Spectrum PTF or recommended Debug patches become available for the Spectrum 10.2.2 service pack release.

Well, not sure as to whether "bi-monthly" means every two months or twice a month – it could be either! This is why I usually use "fortnightly" instead of "bi-weekly" – the marvels of English in action…
However, I suspect that you are right in that it is every two months… ☹

Well, that's sad, because the BMP is - as the name says - only every two months, and on top of that, many fixes which are out in the meantime are not documented or nobody knows they exist...
I think that this has now been largely replaced by the CA Spectrum BMP (Bi-Monthly) patches. I did ask the same question the other day directly to rcantwell.
