Hmm, I see.  I would say to still create a case with screenshots (or better-yet a recording) so that Support can get a defect created if it truly is a defect!

Hi John, I thought it was an RSM issue, till I opened the defect record, and the fields were correctly populated, just not diplaying at the view level.

Hey Scott, sounds like an RSM issue.  I recommend creating a case for that one so Support can look into it further.

Thank you, but I noticed two fields do not display their contents in the Backlog view. 'Salesforce Case Number' and 'Salesforce Case ID' columns do not display the field content at the view level.
