    If you see this error message

    CCA-ND-8062: Exception - Unable to lock Network Discovery scan database..

    Please use these steps to resolve it:

    Stop all Network discoveries if you can, then on the NDG:
     
    1. Stop CCA (NDG) Services

    2. Got to :\Program Files\CA\SharedComponents\NDG\db

    3. Need to delete all files except NS_COMMON.sq3

    4. Start CCA (NDG) Services
