ITPAM support on Azure/ AWS cloud with native LoadBalancer and SQL-Always-On

Hi All,

In present market automation is hot key and Automation + Cloud is hottest key. However ITPAM still not supported cloud native services and due to this we are unable to propose and implement.

Below are the highlights and issue that we are facing with Azure LoadBalancer.
We have implemented ITPAM 4.3 SP4 in Azure environment using Azure LoadBalancer and SQL-Always -On.

1. We are using Azure LoadBalancer with ITPAM 4.3 SP4
2. Successfully implemented third party SSL certificate on Orchestrator servers and LoadBalancer
3. ITPAM application up and running post SSL 3rd party implementation
4. Only issue is that ITPAM application unable to communicate with agents
5. Post troubleshooting, issue is more related to certificate password decryption at agent end
6. Due to non-decryption of certificate password, ITPAM agent unable to send heartbeat to Orchestrator

We have successfully deployed SSL certificate on standalone ITPAM application (Orchestrator and agent on same server) in the same environment and also able to communicate with agent, but not able to communicate in distributed environment.

Please suggest any solution to start communication between ITPAM orchestrator and ITPAM Agent.
