We have Distributed architecture working on version 10.2.1. We recently installed CABI JasperReports 6.3 in our environment. But under Report Manger section in OneClick we are getting following error while integrating Jasper with Spectrum.
    "SRM has not finished starting.

Please try refreshing the page later or check the Tomcat log to ensure that the server has started."

We had tried to rebuild the database using following article as well, it did not work.

Attached is stdout.log file from OC server (as SRM is installed in OC). Kindly help to resolve the issue.

I saw the following error in the Tomcat log:

    Stderr:
    ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 21 in file: 'D:\spectrum94\Spectrum\Install-Tools\rpmgr\sql\srmdbapi\ddl\create_v_fact_event.sql': Table 'reporting.event' doesn't exist

This indicates event table is corrupted or missing. Do you have latest mysqldump backup of your SRM database? If so you may need to restore it. If no then I guess uninstall and reinstall OneClick Server + SRM will be the fastest way to fix this issue.

It will be unfortunate if OneClick Server component is installed on the SpectroSERVER machine as the entire uninstall and re-install of Spectrum may require more efforts.

    Hi Widjaja

Thanks for the response. We do not have latest backup for SRM database. At the time of upgrade 9.4 to 10.0, BOXI was decommissioned and it is more than 1 year back. Now again after 10.2.1 upgrade management is asking for JasperReports. Is there any other way to recover the "reporting.event"? We have a distributed environment so entire reinstallation will not be required. But as they are production servers, we might not get permission to reinstall the OC.

    Thanks
