Hi All,We are proud to announce the General Availability of the Service Desk Gateway (sdgtw) probe v2.25.The Service Desk Gateway probe now supports newer versions of two popular products:
- ServiceNow Quebec
- CA Service Desk Manager 17.3
Additionally, with this release, we have added a user-customizable property where one can define certain end-state statuses which would be considered as the end-of-the-line in the ticket's journey. Any further updates to the originating alert would no longer impact the status of the ticket, allowing the user to avoid unnecessary ticket updates.
