Watches is not working

Hi All,

 

can anyone help me for the below query...

I have created the watch list for monitoring the devices power supply status. in this the attribute value is text string with multiple instance list.

 

 

 

 watches screen shot is below,

 

 

 

but it's not working , kindly help me to configure correctly.

Is the value enumerated?

 

1=Up 2=Down?

It's showing text string in the attribute column.

Could it be the double quotes around "Down" in the threshold violation and reset values?
