Identity Governance Display setting for reviewer

Hi Team,

Does any work with adjusting display settings for reviewer, when reviewer Approve/reject each item it showing only the rolename it would be good if they can see the role descrption also 

does any work on this one

Hi,

Login as an Administrator and navigate to Administration > Workflows > open the certification.
In the Administration tab expand the Display settings bar. Click on the filter icon to the top right hand corner and select the Description field.
Once it is selected, click on the lock icon to lock the field.
Click on the Apply changes button below to save the changes.

Now login as the reviewer and place cursor on any role, the description will be displayed in the bubble on mouse over.
If you want the setting to be applicable for all certifications, the same settings have to be done for the Campaign template prior to campaign creation.

My organization setup it was very difficult to approve based on role name and role description will really helpful for managers to take some action 

is there way we can make some customization like IAM to get this done

Hi,

It is not mandatory that only Role Name is displayed in the certification page, we can also configure
role description field to be displayed instead of Role Name. But, we cannot display both role name and description at the same time.

However, you can create a custom Role field (say RoleField1) and populate that with Role Name + description information and configure that field in Administration > Universe > General > Role Display Name field text box.
And save the settings. Now the certification page will display RoleField1 instead of Role Name.

Login as an Administrator and Navigate to Administrator > Universes.
Open you respective Universe and in the General tab update the "Configuration Roles Display Name Field:" with your role description field name. Click on Apply to save the changes.
