Hi,
Login as an Administrator and navigate to Administration > Workflows > open the certification.
In the Administration tab expand the Display settings bar. Click on the filter icon to the top right hand corner and select the Description field.
Once it is selected, click on the lock icon to lock the field.
Click on the Apply changes button below to save the changes.
Now login as the reviewer and place cursor on any role, the description will be displayed in the bubble on mouse over.
If you want the setting to be applicable for all certifications, the same settings have to be done for the Campaign template prior to campaign creation.
