This is a roll up alarm coming from one of the children. Most likely an interface. Expand all folders in the Interfaces tab to see all interfaces to include sub-interfaces and see if there are any alarms.
Also, check all of the events on the device model and its subcomponents looking for the event that generated the alarm:
1. Select the device model
2. Click on the Events tab
3. Click on the Filter icon
4. Check the "Show events for subcomponents (Ports, Applications, etc)" button
5. Click OK
Look for an event on a subcomponent that generated an alarm. You may have to adjust the start/end date/time to go back far enough to find it.
