I want configure a alarm notifier

I want configure a alarm notifier means it will generate a email when alarm's generated in spectrum?

 

For alarm notifier apart from below parameters 

SENDMAIL=True #True or False
VARFORMAIL=RepairPerson

 

what are all the parameters we need to update and where we can give the mail id in scripts.
