  • 1.  Performance tab grayed out in spectrum for Cisco ASR1002X

    Hi everyone,

     

    We just added some cisco asr1002x devices in our environment. Unlike other devices performance tab in component detail panel is grayed out. How can we get the performance data for this particular device model ?

    Any advice would be appreciated..

    Bijender,

    The performance tab information is based on mib support. Mib support differs from vendor to vendor and even between vendor devices. For most certified Spectrum devices, we try to determine that mib support and display the performance tab based on mib support. If the device does not support an expected mib, the Performance tab is either not available or there is no data displayed.
