Hi All,
We are trying to upgarde our 17.1 working env to 17.3 version. While upgrading we are getting error on "Applying CA Service Desk Manager MDB Update(s) : 17.3 " task .
We have already disabled Antivirus in server and we have tried with local admin as well as an administrator too but same issue all the time.
We have Windows Server 2012 R2.
