  • 1.  Identity Portal - My Requests items

    Hi Team,
    Identity Suite vapp 14.3

    Q1. How long does the request items in Identity Portal-> My Requests is kept ? Will these items clear by itself ?

    Q2. Can i perform the manual clearing of items in My Requests ?

    Hi William,

    1. Unsure.  This is likely dependent on your retention policies as set by your external DB.
    2. You can use the REST ws call https://[hostname]/sigma/rest/admin/request/delete/xxx call where xxx is the ID of the request you would like to delete.  This is undocumented and I'm not sure what level of support it has, but the call has worked in my experience to delete old requests.

    Hi William,

    As best I know, at the moment there is no way to archive or purge the requests from the database of Identity Portal.
    You can filter the results with the advanced search.
    You might want to ask for a enhancement request for this feature.
