  • 1.  spectum oneclick administration

    Hi

    From Spetrum control Panel try to open oneclick administration but oneclick page is not opening error showing http 404 is not found any suggestion plz.

    Spectrum tomcat service is working fine anything else to check.

    Hi,

     

     

     

    Is Spectro-server and Oneclick server running on different servers or same server? In case running on different servers, did you add Oneclick server in Spectro-server console under security tab.

    Did you check the url? is tomcat up (ie, do you see the tomcat page),

    You can also check the Spectrum Tomcat log file located in $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/stdout.log (Windows) or catalina.out (Linux/Solaris).

    By reviewing this log you may figured out what is going wrong.

    Hi,

    Stdout.log find the error that port 80 Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:80

    change port 80 to 8080 in tomcat server.xml file and restart the tomcat service after that now oneclick able to launch.
