This question is not specific to ServiceDesk, I need to understand few things as below:
1. Is the chat option still available while raising a ticket Broadcom/CA?
2. How do we map a new site ID to our email/Broadcom userid so as to raise tickets.
3. Download URL for CA Service Desk r14.1 (and patches) and 17.1
