If Spectrum is integrated with UIM of both server and virtualization manager is enabled ,in case if we delete the cs_key of robot where vmware probe is present or if we perform a complete re-discovery in UIM ...what kind of issues we may face with this?

If the unique IDs are changed during synchronization then you might loose the hierarcy and you need to reintegrate.
to check the unique ID's we need to enable the UIM debuggining in Oneclick.
