  • 1.  Cisco SF300 - unable to pull host configuration

    Posted Dec 30, 2016 02:24 PM

The Cisco (nee Linksys) SF300 switch with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.82.24.2 is listed as support level Enhanced .  I have been unable to find a method to have Spectrum pull a Host Configuration.

Has anyone else managed to work it out?  I have the correct MIBs loaded and compiled and I'm running the latest firmware and ros files.

Spectrum can locate and poll the device, return the MAC and interface status.  That's it.

I appreciate you taking the time to read my question - Thank you.

    Hi

Your device is not currently supported by the Network Configuration Manager. The following URL has the list of devices supported by NCM:

Devices Supported by Network Configuration Manager - CA Spectrum - 10.2 - CA Technologies Documentation

But you can use the NCM Extension Utility to support your device.

Network Configuration Manager Extension Utility - CA Spectrum - 10.2 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Thanks,

    Silvio

We have a certification request for SF300 devices since 2015. But no success until now.

    The latest information is:

...Closed and transferred to SE as work item  378304 OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.82.8.4 Type: Cisco SF300-08
