Error 500 when QUICK VIEW tab is clicked

Hi,

 

One of my application user is getting Error 500 as soon as he is clicking on QUICK VIEW tab.

He has read only access and when he is exploring WCC console, other tabs are working fine and appearing as expected but there are few tabs for which he is facing issues:

1. Quick View - error 500

2. ECLI - line of code <form id="command_line_app_form"...................TOKEN=DFDF9" error 500

3. Forecasting - same error as ECLI

4. Credentials -  same error as ECLI

 

my login to WCC is working fine and I can explore tabs without error.

 

I am using WCC R11.3.6 on Windows Server 2008 R2.

 

I am not finding any documentation or KB or community posts on this issue.

is this happening to any other user? is this with ssl -  https ?

you have to rule out user location , version of browser etc etc etc ..

have you opened a ticket with CA.

all part of the job..

Sunish – if this is IE 11, please add the WCC address to the compatibility view list.

WCC and IE have never played well together.. ;-)

You mean to say the whole URL right? Under TOOLS -> Compatibilty View Setting -> Under add this site – “WCC URL – http:// “

Yes, it will let you add what it needs…it may or may not need http..

While on the WCC page, just launch the Compatibility view settings and hit the Add URL
