Support is currently undergoing a pilot for video knowledge articles.

We received some feedback from customers indicating they would love more videos.

 

The first one has been posted!

May be few videos (configuration related) on new features introduced in CA Spectrum as that's where people want to know more about , like the ServiceNow integration configuration . Documentation is pretty messy in this area so a clear video would be of great help

Very nice!  Concise and clear instruction on how to accomplish a specific task.  3 minutes well spent by anyone needing to do this task is a lot faster than trying to dig a procedure out of the docs or communities!  This could ultimately be a place that we start looking for how to do things before heading into the normal chasing activities. 

 

This would definitely be useful for new features and common administrative tasks (especially the lesser documented ones), and some BEST PRACTICES tips.
