    Alarms regarding reboots of workstations with windows 10 and solid state drives are not showing up in spectrum OneClick for 3-5 hours after the reboots have taken place.

    The alarms are 3 to 5 hours delayed?  Are any other alarms 3 to 5 hours delayed?

     

    Can you verify that either the sysuptime or the hrsystemuptime is updating on the device?  These would be polled every poll interval.  If they are changing, then an alarm should generate within a poll interval.
