We installed the WAM-UI successfully and no errors were recorded on the log when we install this.
Issue now is Admin UI becomes unresponsive or we are not able to login. To recover this issue we are re -registering the WAM-UI to the policy server. Is there a way to avoid this re-registration.
Want to know what might be the root cause for Admin UI becoming unresponsive.

Was this a clean install of Admin UI or an upgrade over some other version ?
Do you see any error in the server.log during the same time frame ?
Could you attach the server.log for review from the time of the issue ?

If you can't login in the AdminUI and you need to register it again to solve the issue, be sure, if the AdminUI runs on Linux, to link the /dev/random to /dev/urandom with command :
# ln -s /dev/urandom /dev/random
Stop the AdminUI, make the link and start it over.
