CA Spectrum and CA UIM Integration - Virtual machines not showing

  • 1.  CA Spectrum and CA UIM Integration - Virtual machines not showing

    I have integrated CA UIM 8.4 and CA Spectrum 10.0 for VMware Management and Server Management. After Integration VMware Server is there in the Virtualization node, however Virtual machines managed by this VMware Server are not available.

    What version of nisapi you are using for this integration?

    There is a known issue , please check if it is due to this :

      

    If VMware cluster is not present in the Datacenter hierarchy (for example, vCenter/Datacenter/Host/VMs), you may notice that the VMware hosts and VMs does not get populated in CA Spectrum.

    We plan to address this issue in a future release.
