Is there a comprehensive support matrix that shows where Siteminder support for Windows Server 2012 / 2012 R2 web agent begins?

Yes, there is some web agent supported on Windwos 2012

 

IIS8 (64 bit)

Oracle HTTP server 11g (64 bit)

IHS 8 (32 bit)
