UMP console page not found

Hi Team

we are planning to upgrade to 20.4 from 20.1 so i was building test to test upgarde but after doing 20.1 installation the ump console page is not working giving error http page not found. 

i have checked if port is used by any other process but nimbus is using that also no firewall is at place

Most likely this is due to the browser not supporting Flash, which 20.1 and earlier needed and browsers stopped supported a bit over a year ago.
