API glitches anyone?

    Hi,

    We are experiencing "302 Found" errors and  "403 Forbidden" errors in random.

    This started after move to GCP as far as our experience goes.

    I've consulted with support and they confirmed the trouble.

    Wonder if anyone else is experiencing these now and what is your take on this.

    Thanks,

    Inna

    Hello,

    I am also receiving 403 Forbidden errors at random for capability update requests using the API via the Java SDK.

    This is actually a major issue for my team, so it would be great if we could hear back from the Rally engineers on this matter ASAP.

    One thing I am going to try is replacing the base URL:
    https://rally1.rallydev.com
    with:
    https://us1.rallydev.com

    This solved API issues with updating that I was having via Ajax in Javascript.

    Regards,

    Dominic

    The API is working much better for me.

    Thanks for your quick support on this and responding on the public thread.

    I am getting an error in Postman for a query that has worked in the past, did not make any edits.

    <html>
    <body>
    <h1>503 Service Unavailable</h1>
    No server is available to handle this request.
    </body>
    </html>

    Hi Leah,

    We can certainly investigate this, but I'm afraid we're going to need to ask some sensitive information like usernames and specific calls.  Would you be able to open a case for this?

    It is working now...I'll assume it was just a hiccup in the server. I'll open a case if it persists/errors tomorrow. Thank you David!
