Hi friends. I need a help to understand and fix a problem on my spectrum 10.2. I have an admin user and when I click on alarm I dont have the Submit Service Desk ticket on my options list.
My user basically have all privileges. Checking with another installed spectrum , same configuration is working.
Another problem: after a reconfiguration of Servicedesk , the native integration stops to open tickets automatically.
Right now the Servicedesk server is SSL (8443 port) and when I make the servicedesk configuration on spectrum it only accepts if I set 8080 port and SSL disable option.
