  • 1.  SRM has not finished starting

    Hi Team,

     

    I am using CA Spectrum 10.1.2 & integrating with CABI 4.1. When i click on Business Objects Integration under Report Manager in web console for integration with CABI 4.1 their is an error "SRM has not finished starting". Same error reflects when i click on BI Launch Pad. So please suggest me some ideas to resolve this issue. Error screenshot is attached below.

    Hi Mudit,

     

    This is a generic message.

    Please check the $SPECROOT/tomcat/logs/catalina.out (Linux/Solaris) or stdout.log (Windows) file to figure out the root cause.
