Getting compile error and not valid MIB tool error while loading MIB file to Spectrum Dev. The running Oneclick version is 10.2.2.0.71. I have successfully added same MIL file to Production and Test versions but getting these errors on Dev environment. Tried to save MIB file in the different locations but getting same errors.

    Hello Newton

We need more information. What MIB are you trying to load? What is the exact compile error?

Have you checked Tomcat log for any errors? Have you tried to restart Tomcat and relaunch OC Console and try again?

You could also try taking MIB Database folder from TEST and copy over to DEV and run bulk import to see if it will take as part of the entire MIB database. See these docs for more info on MIB import/export:

    Hi Jay,

    Thank you for your reply.

I noticed there was 0 byte free space available in application folder on OneClick server, which stopped to compile MIB tools and gave error 'not a valid MIB file' even though it is successfully added to the prod and test version. I have deleted some old log files and made available free space and then tried to import MIB file which has successfully saved. Thank you for your advice which helped me to lookup the OneClick server.

    Regards
