  • 1.  Getting errors with integrating Portal with Siteminder http 500

    Posted Nov 13, 2019 03:31 AM
We have the portal running with Vapp 14.0.

We have now upgraded towards 14.3 but we got the following.

When we enable the SSO authentication. It sometimes errors (http 500) on the pages after the CA.svg.

But other times it goes correctly.

When disabling the sso authentication again, but going through the siteminder proxy and reauthenticate on the Portal. It workes perfectly.

So too mee it seems that the proxy isn't blocking the requests.

Did anyone see this issue on there environment happening?

See below screenshot for an faulty one:

We made case 20060232, wondering if any of the readers experienced anything alike or have any ideas around this?

    Regards,
    Nick

    Hi Yuan,

as far as we can tell, the procedures/steps where followed. Also we did the integration with a consultant. But he is also unfamiliar with this error.
Also a weird thing, the error shows about half the time. Sometimes a refresh goes well and sometimes it doesn`t.

    Hi,

We have found the error. It was a trailing space in the ignoreExt config from the ACO
