As a reminder, Automic Automation and Continuous Delivery Automation v12.3 will be End of Maintenance June 31st, 2022.As a benefit to our customers interested in upgrading their Production Environments to the latest release, we are now providing Automic Automation Weekend Upgrade Events:
Please contact your Broadcom Account Representative or open a Broadcom Support ticket to declare your interest in upgrading your production environment to V21 during one of these weekends, and we'll be glad to review your upgrade plan with you and provide feedback in advance of your upgrade.
So 12.3 goes out of maintenance in July and the latest version doesn't even support the latest version of PeopleTools. Tell me how that makes any sense please.....
Product lifecycle and compatibility testing for, in this case, one of our agents are two different topics. It so happens that the V12.3 going out of active maintenance and the agent supporting PeopleSoft 8.58 will be < 6 months apart.Note that we will still provide support for another year after end of maintenance June 31, 2022.
Thanks..... good to know you'll still provide support for a year. It will be a challenge to complete all of the testing of the new PS agent, the new version, and an installation into production between February and June 30th.
Will the new PS agents support PeopleTools 8.59, which is the latest tools version out there? We are going live with that tools version in late February, so we do need the PS agents to support that version.
