    Today, we are pleased to announce that CA Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager December 2020 Monthly Update Kit (SO15850) is now available. This update includes all Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager monthly kits published prior to this update. By installing this update, you ensure that your systems are current on maintenance for CA Service Operations Insight 4.2

     

    New features for SO15850 Mandatory Patch December 2020 include:

    • MS SQL Server forced encryption support: For encrypted communication between Service Operations Insight and MS SQL Server
    • Windows 2019 support: SOI Manager is now supported and certified on Windows 2019 platform

     

    In addition to the above-mentioned enhancements, this update includes quality improvements. We encourage you to visit the SERVICE OPERATIONS INSIGHT - MONTHLY UPDATE KIT release notes for a summary of quality improvements included in this patch and to review the install instructions prior to applying the patch.
