  • 1.  After Self Certification -Not getting serial number for the device

    Hi,

    I have asked to self certify the device to get serial number mapped. Even after i did self certification using Sys obj id device is not polling the serial number.

     

    May i know the reason why its not getting the serial number.

    This is with Spectrum 10.2.1.

     

    I tried to self certify the device to get serial number populated. I certified using sys obj id,model type, Model Name. Then i reconfigured the model.. But serial number is not populated.

     

    Let me know your suggestion.
