  • 1.  Spectrum not giving correct  information

    Hello Team

     

    Kindly see below the 3 issues raised by the Network Team on the log on downtime on Spectrum

     

    • A branch’s(Ire – Akari) router  was shut down to test the functionality but did not reflect on the front – end but the green(OK) colour code did not change

    The implication of this is that some branches might be down and the solution will not pick the downtime

     

    • Some branches were showing major alarms, however the branches is still working perfectly

     

     

    • All the branches to be displayed on a  dashboard

     

     

    PLease advise how to check these issues as im new on spectrum

    Hi,

                    It’s probably best if you open a case and work with one of us to investigate this.  This might be due to an issue we found with the SNMP stack (we have patches and the fix is in 10.2.1) but we should work together to figure out what’s going on.
