BANNER Action on Windows 7 Machine

Hi,

 

We have NSM Event Management running on Windows 2012 R2. I have a MRA created which would display a Banner on a Windows 7 machine running the Event Agent. For some reason this is not working. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Looks like this is a known issue with CABanner and Windows 2008 and above.

Cabanner is not working because of Session 0 isolation in Windows 2008 and later. Because of Windows 2008 Session changes, cabanner needed to be  redesigned.

An Enhancement Request was raised for this but was then later rejected.
