As of today, we have rolled out a new feature in our communities which allow discussion posts to be categorized as either an 'Open-ended Discussion' or a 'Question to be answered'. This new feature will now help ensure that questions can be easily distinguished from other content being shared which may not be as urgent - helping us to get your questions answered in a more timely manner.

When creating a new post, please make sure you consider the need and select the type of thread appropriately:

    • Open-ended Discussion - use this option when you are asking for best practices or advice, general feedback from other users, or looking to share your own best practices and ideas.
    • Question to be answered - use this option when you have a specific question that you are looking for an answer to.

To learn more about this feature and how to use it when creating a new post, check out this video.
