  • 1.  custom authentication is failing

    Dear Community,

     

    In my environment Siteminder is implemented with Identity minder and we are using sun one Ldap.

    -  Users are getting created through Identity minder to ldap, But authentication is not happening. Same siteminder configuration is working fine in higher environments.

     

    We have configured the custom authentication scheme and below is the error log from siteminder "smps.log"

     

    [SmAuthServer.cpp:279][ERROR] Failed to initialize authentication scheme

     

    Can anyone help me on this please

    Usually after this line of error, or possibly  at the end of it is more information regarding what is causing the failure.

    Can you share it with us?

    How have you deployed the custom authentication jar? Did you set it in the classpath in the jvmoptions.txt?
