Our environmentals are using SiteScan software to monitor for faults. We have the software sending traps to Spectrum so that they can be displayed in an operations console. We also have some alarm notifications configured based on information in the event.
We can't find a MIB for this company anywhere.
I found what looks like are some at the following:
NetDiscover MIB/OID - LIEBERT_SS_REG.MIB
LIEBERT_SS_NOTIFY.MIB and LIEBERT_SS_REG.MIB mibs.
Are you getting an unmanaged trap event on the device model in Spectrum? Check out knowledge document TEC1371785 "Basic steps to map a trap in Spectrum for an Unmanaged Trap" https://www.ca.com/us/services-support/ca-support/ca-support-online/knowledge-base-articles.TEC1371785.html

Thanks. I’ll take a look. Liebert is also a name I’ve heard bandied about on this subject, so it makes sense.
I’m not getting something that says “Unmanaged trap event”, but I’ll take a look at the TEC doc too.
Thanks again
Steve
The unmanaged trap event id is 0x10801. It is not logged by default. In order to see it you have to change it so it is a logged event or have the Events tab open on the model when the event is generated.
Unfortunately, I can’t get anywhere with the link included below. It might be security on our network.
Thats a working link. Have just tested.
