ISSUE: SpectroSERVER on Windows shutting down with "Out of disk space" message even though there is plenty of disk space
CAUSE: Spectrum gets the disk capacity information from the OS. The OS is reporting Windows Event ID 2013 "Disk Is At Or Near Capacity" in the Windows Event Viewer even though there is plenty of disk space available.
