  • 1.  ITAM Console page not opening

    Hello Team,

     

    I just finished installation of asset manager on server 2012. When i click to open asset manager portfolio, it opens like this, see snapshot. what could be the reason?

    and when i checked services, by default 2 services are running.

    please, help. how can i open my ITAM console?

    Hi Laga, can you please check that asp.net 4.5 is installed on the web server? You can check that via Server Manager > Add Roles and Features > Web Server IIS > Application Development.

     

    Also make sure that http activation is enabled as this is required for web services (it is under Application Server in Add Roles and Features).

    Please, Also Can you tell me whats the default username to login ITAM? i do

    remember my password but username i forgot and i believe administrator is

    not one.

    The default administrator user for ITAM is uapmadmin with the same password,
