  • 1.  CA Spectrum OneClick Java JRE certificate

    Hello Team

     

    We have currently running spectrum  Version 9.4.2.1.62. We received mail from CA to renew the jre certificate by applying patch. Can you please put more light on it which patch should i download for this spectrum version? and how to apply it.

    For 9.4.2.1 you can install either 9.4.2.2 or 9.4.4

    The CA Spectrum 9.4.2.2 only updates the CA Technologies' jar signing certificate.

    The CA Spectrum 9.4.4 resolves several issues, and also updates CA Technologies' jar signing certificate.

    You can download the CA Spectrum 9.4.4 from ftp://ftp.ca.com/CAproducts/CA-SPECTRUM/Updates/GA/Spectrum_09.04.04.00/

    You could either install the 9.4.2.2 patch on the OneClick only servers or you could apply the 9.4.4 patch on both the SS and the OC servers.  Just keep in mind if you have any PTF on the 9.4.2.1 that the 9.4.2.2 will overwrite them while the 9.4.4 most likely includes them.
