CA Spectrum Web Client is in initializing state itself for long time .What could be the reason .

Have you tried using a different browser if not already - if yes, and this was working fine before, you may need to open ticket with us uploading the stdout.log file.

It was not working in any browser ,earlier it was working there is no errors in stdout.logs .Is there any debug can be enabled to track
Under Administration --> Web Server Debug Page (Runtime), enable debug for WebClient and see if that helps
Yes Phani I have already checked there and couldn’t find the debug for Web client .
Spectrum version is 10.2.1
Sure ? Even we are on 10.2.1 and I see the option for debug available
The option should be there in Spectrum 10.2.1
From Spectrum OneClick homepage -> Administration -> Debugging -> Web Server Debug Page (Runtime) -> WebClient
Turn on the above and click on Apply and recreate the issue
I could see the same issue for the another client , might need to investigate deeper. I would suggest you, open a support ticket.
