    Hello All,

Does anyone know how to change page status in UMP?

By default, there is no status page in UMP.
What king of the portlet is this?
    What is it pointing to?

Check the gear and the wrench and provide screenshots.
this looks like something custom that has been done in your environment.

I would check the portal log for message after setting the wasp loglevel to 3 and logsize to 35000 and restarting. ( I would not set the loglevel any higher)
if you could provide more details
Exact URL for the report the client is running and then the url for this we might be able to provide you more.

I do not recall ever seeing this page when a dashboard timeout was reached.
What do you have your time outs set for?

I'd suggest that you read the post https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?GroupId=1315&MessageKey=50ea3f2c-5c30-4afe-a8ab-8b9f4e0a8f55&CommunityKey=170eb4e5-a593-4af2-ad1d-f7655e31513b&tab=digestviewer&ReturnUrl=%2fenterprisesoftware%2fcommunities%2fcommunity-home%2fdigestviewer%3fcommunitykey%3d170eb4e5-a593-4af2-ad1d-f7655e31513b%26tab%3ddigestviewer as it included an amount of information that may be helpful to this conversation.

I will agree with Gene that this is not the page that appears in a timeout - usually recognizing a timeout is really difficult with the web pages and the best indication you get is a yellow triangle icon in the button bar of the portlet.

Where I have seen this page appear is when a page with a depreciated portlet is opened and the page is unable to locate the content of the portlet.
