Rank information

When I see my user stories using the "backlog" view I can see a column labeled "Rank". However, when I go to the "user stories" view this column is visible but do not show the value of that field. It only shows a symbol.

How can I see the rank number associated to that user story from the user stories view?

Great question!  The reason that the Rank value does not display on your User Stories page is most likely because "Drag-and-Drop Ranking" is configured for your workspace. 

If Drag-and-Drop Ranking is configured for your workspace, the Rank field is not displayed in the user story details.  When Manual Ranking is configured for your workspace, the Rank value (numeric value) is displayed in the user story details.
