  • 1.  LDAP in OneClick: Two different Base Directory to search

    Posted Apr 02, 2019 04:02 AM

    Hello world,

is it possible to add a second Base User Directory in the LDAP configuration to search.

We have two different directory to search in LDAP.

Is it possible to add a second OU to search? Could I separate it with an ";"?

Do you have such an environment?

    Thank you very much.

    Kind regards,

    Rudi

Not sure if possible in "User by Search" area, but I know in the "User by Pattern" area you can use an OR operator (and also AND "&")

    ex.: (|(CN={0},OU=Sample1 DC=Domain ,DC=com)(CN={0},OU=Sample2 ,DC=Domain ,DC=com))

    Hi @Jason Volpini

Do you have any examples using "memberOf" function?
    This is failing for me:
    (&(cn={0},OU=Personal,OU=AllUsers,DC=domain,DC=com)(memberOf=CN=Spectrum_Users,OU=Other,OU=Groups,DC=domain,DC=com))
Even though the user exists and is a member of the Spectrum_Users group.

    Thanks and regards,
