Is anyone else having issue with docx and pptx files exported from JasperReports?

  • 1.  Is anyone else having issue with docx and pptx files exported from JasperReports?

    Hi everyone,

     

    For some reason, when exporting via Scheduled reports these two files types, Microsoft Word/Powerpoint seems to think they are unsupported. This is with Office 2010.

     

    Are these working fine for anyone else? If so, what version of Office are you using?

    Hello Doron,

     

    I have done some research into this question and it seems that there is a problem with this functionality in Jaspersoft.

    Please open a case with CA Support, so that we can get Tibco to fix the problem.
