Acces denied for home folder creation

Hello,

Secure cloud 1.58

create AD accounts gives "org.apache.directory.shared.ldap.exception.LdapNamingException: JCS@N078: JNDI: [LDAP: error code 70 - Failed to create home directory rc: 5 - Access is denied.

 

When I check the security for the account it has "full control" on the home share

I there any possibility to check which account Secure cloud is using for the home folder creation

Hi Bart,

I looked up old cases that reported this error and I found that updating that C++ Connector Server service to use the account that has access to the DFS shares was the way to resolve this.

 

Can you please look into that, make sure your connector service (the C++ , not the Java connector service) is run by a use with privileges. If that isn't helping, can you please open a support case.

Thanks a lot for the tip.

I've changed the user for the c++ service and now it works
