Error in Spectrum one click

Hi All,

 

I m new to CA Spectrum,

 

I Discovered a device in test spectrum one click, and i tried to capture configuration for the selected host, i m getting a below error 

 

 

 

 

SPC-OCC-107747 error capturing configaration for host: SPC-OCC: unknown failure

 

Please can anyone help here, how can i solve it.

Hey Shivaraj,

You could look at the events tab to perhaps get some more details on why it failed.

I would also suggest running a sniffer trace.

 

If you are unable to figure it out, open a support ticket so we can help you out in real time.
