Update text_api.cfg

Hi Team,  I would like  to pass\search the CI with it's ALT_CI_ID field (asset_num)  when using maileater or pdm_text_cmd to create requests. What is the  correct format to specify this in the text_api.cfg file?
 
I already tried to add the text belwo to KEYWORDS section of text_api.cfg and recycled  ServiceDesk service...with no success:   REQUEST.AFFECTED_RC_ASSETNUM=affected_resource.UUID.lookup_asset_by_asset_num   Then use the following in  themaileater or pdm_text_cmd:   %AFFECTED_RC_ASSETNUM=sintrex_001   Any help will be much appreciated  Regards,na1rb

hi na1rb,  This lookup would require spel code to support the lookup.This is not possible "out of box".Regards
