  • 1.  Unable to discover connections for device

    I am unable to discover connections in CA Spectrum and when i try to discover connection I end up with below error.

     

     

    I am the only user active in Spectrum and no other discovery process is running in background.

     

    I will get this error only for switches and routers. Pingable devices have no problem in rediscovering connections.

    Please review this tech doc in regards to the SS being locked by another discovery process:
