Since nas provides the host name, and alarm_enrichment works before nas, you can test it but seems it would have to be done at nas. A profile can call a script to query your list of names and IP addresses. Not sure if it will work for you but in nas configure Name Services you can set an override for Host Name.

We are using alarm_enrichment to update the alarm hostname to source since it is arriving on UIMAPI via post.
This has drawback sometimes where we get wrong hostnames as nas resolves the IP address to something else.
We understand this could be a problem because we are ingesting messages from Kubernetes world.
Know we would like to understand if we can set up fix hostnames via the alarm_enrichment.
